How we use AI
Where AI is used
- The WhatsApp assistant (shown under each agency's chosen name, for example "Luna") answers travelers' messages, transcribes voice notes and can reply by voice. It says it is a virtual assistant when the conversation starts and whenever asked, and hands the chat to a person on request.
- Reading passports and documents to fill in traveler details for the agent to check.
- Drafting itineraries, quotes, messages and translations that the agent reviews before sending.
- Visa and entry-requirement summaries, which are marked as AI-generated and must be confirmed with official sources.
Providers and data
AI requests go to Google (Gemini API), with Anthropic as a backup. Only what a feature needs is sent; card numbers and passwords are never sent. We do not use travelers' information to train our own models.
Limits
AI can be wrong. Agents are responsible for checking AI output before relying on it or sending it to a client. Nothing produced by AI is legal, immigration, medical or financial advice.
